I don’t even need to comment. Just read:
I have for sale 2012 Mini Cooper Roadster 2-seater Red Convertible. Car has SALVAGE TITLE because lost right front wheel. Easy fix. Driving straight alignment and CHP inspection is done. Car has all options like gps ,backup sensors ,heated seats.

It was part of the weight savings package, they removed the spare, one wheel of your choice, half the back seat, 1/3 of all the bolts in the engine and 2L of oil.

I assume he means it lost a wheel going down the road, went “WHEEEEE!” into something, and got sufficient booboos to be written off. Subsequently, bought back from insurance co, stapled back together, and “it’s driving straight again, I swear”.
